Gil Scott Heron died. He's been a peculiar kind of a prophet, with light and dark sides. He saw a lot of things, he talked about justice, rage, isolation. He talked about life and struggle. He's been great. And this is just a little tribute. Rest in peace.
Gil Scott Heron's been the inspiration for an entire generation of musicians and rappers and poets. This Mixtape is a sample of that path.
